Operations Management - Oversee operational activities that involve onboarding and recruitment of new staff, create standard operational procedures to ensure business organization and success, strategize process improvement to ensure task completions at every level are enforced. Create and manage contracts for business negotiations run smoother. This includes making sure that all parties to the contract will fulfill their obligations as outlined in the document.

Office Management - Oversee daily operations of office administrations with department heads and teams. Manage executive calendars. Monitor Office Supplies and budgets, Maintain administrative systems and work closely with departments to ensure additional assistance is available. Take on other administrative tasks as they are assigned. Maintain accurate records of valuable company information. Maintain accurate, up-to-date and useable information into company database filing systems. Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents. Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

Social Media Management - Administer social media marketing and advertising. Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting. Development of brand awareness and online reputation. Content management (including website). SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic. Cultivation of leads and sales. Reputation management. Utilize web hosts such as Wix, Web.com, Weebly, and GoDaddy (to name a few) to design, build and improve company websites. Our designers understand user experience and are able to build websites that are easy to understand, navigate and use, and adhere to design standards and specifications.
